With over 30 years’ experience in various industries with a specific focus on Project and Change Management over the past 19 years, I have had the privilege of being exposed to a variety of projects, business sectors and stakeholder groups. These experiences have enabled me to gain insights into what works well (and what doesn’t) in helping stakeholders and organisations navigate through change and ultimately embrace and adopt the change that a Project brings. I am passionate about ensuring projects deliver value and are adopted by the business through effective project and change management.

Change Management and project management services for the Merch Modernisation Programme, comprising of the Blue Yonder Demand and Fulfillment System and Oracle Retail ERP.
Project and Change Management for the Pilot phase of the Moja Cruise Taxi Incentive Programme.
Project manager for the, Automated Fare Collection (AFC) system and Fleet Procurement for the new public transport network branded Go! Durban, as well as overall project integration management of Intelligent Transportation Systems for Go! Durban.
Project Manager for AFC system, branded Muvo, for Public Transport services within the eThekwini Municipality region.
Muvo was successfully implemented in 2012 and runs in 500 busses across the city with 30000 unique passengers. This project was the first successful fully EMV compliant AFC in the country.
Project Manager for the implementation of various workstreams of the Revenue Management System
Project Manager for the upgrade of the Integrated Tertiary System (ITS) for the Student Administration, HR and Payroll modules and implementation of the ITS Finance module. The role also involved management of the merging of the Vista and UPE Student Administration systems.
All the above projects required management across diverse business units, multiple stakeholders and required extensive Change Management
